Shipping policy
Delivery
A standard flat rate fee per delivery and re-delivery will apply. The delivery fee is is non-refundable unless the goods fail to comply with the consumer guarantee provisions of the Australian Consumer Law.
We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however please beware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.
We only deliver orders to mainland Australia.
Australia Post EParcel is our freight provider. We do not leave parcels unless there is someone there to receive and provide a signature. If unattended, a consignment note will be left to retrieve parcels from your local post office.
If the item received was incorrect as an error on our end we will pay for the goods to be returned. If the customers changes their mind or wishes for an exchange they will pay for shipping.
